01How can I check my order status?
Enter your AWB number, order ID or registered mobile number above and click Track Now. You’ll be taken to the BeingShips tracking portal for live updates.
02Where can I find my AWB or order ID?
Your AWB tracking number and order ID are sent via email and SMS when your order is shipped. Check your inbox and messages from the seller or BeingShips.
03Why hasn’t my tracking status updated?
Courier partners update tracking once a shipment is scanned at their facility, so it can take a few hours to reflect the latest movement. If it’s been more than a day, contact the seller you purchased from.
04Can I track international orders?
Yes. BeingShips supports shipping to 230+ countries. Use the same tracking page with your AWB or order ID for cross-border shipments.
